Our story
Shahi Consultants was established in Perth after years of observing a familiar pattern: organisations paying for lengthy reports that told them what they already knew, while the real decisions sat untouched on a desk. We believed there was a better way — a consulting practice built around senior judgement, direct communication and advice you can act on.
From the beginning, we chose to remain deliberately independent. We do not sell products, we do not resell software, and we do not answer to shareholders in another state. Our only obligation is to our clients, which means our recommendations are shaped by your circumstances, never by a commission structure.
Today we work with clients across the Perth metropolitan area and throughout Western Australia, from small family enterprises to established institutions. Every engagement is led personally, and every recommendation is written so that you could hand it to your own team and act on it the next morning.
